If MFS has not provided a plane for your flights within 20 days you are released from this agreement. You are not required to contract for the aircraft presented to you by MFS by agreeing to these terms. You are agreeing to consider MFS's presentations prior to seeking aircraft from others. This prevents confusion in the marketplace and multiple requests for the same aircraft. Rest assured that we are in contact with every airline world wide that may be able to fulfill your request and we'll obtain the same prices that anyone would receive.
