As to Web Visitors:

We do not collect any information nor do we disseminate any information about web visitors. Our Internet Service Provider collects generic information regarding number of visitors etc. as every ISP does.

As to Client Submission Information:

We treat your submissions as strictly confidential. None of your information nor any information regarding your transaction is disseminated to anyone outside our organization either in writing, electronically, verbally or any other manner. We expect the same in return from Clients as well as their brokers or others they may consider members of "their team" in seeking leasing and financing.

A violation of this confidentiality on the part of clients their brokers or other "team members" of a client is cause for immediate termination of consideration for the current client or any other client a broker or "team member" may want to bring in the future......forever.

Additional penalies for violation of confidentiality may apply and be sought.
